Hocofest is held at several notable locations in the Entertainment District of East Downtown Tucson:

  -Hotel Congress, built in 1919 and the scene of where John Dillinger was captured.
-Club Congress, a prime music venue for touring bands and the oldest of its kind in the West.

-The Rialto Theatre, one of the best music venues in the US, attracting many top acts
