Tucson, AZ  - August 14, 2009 Hocofest has now expanded into family friendly fun during the weekend, hosting our First Annual Hoco Family Fest at the beautifully renovated Maynards-Historic Train Depot Plaza! Celebrate Tucson’s creative community of all ages and thank our sponsors, Local First AZ and Bookman’s by joining us and enjoy our special line up of local vendors, artisans and entertainers that make Tucson special.

 Free Live music will be provided  by an amazing line up as well. Awkward Moments, Mr. Mocos, Turkish delight and galaxia Flamenco will take the stage 2pm to 6pm. Then  A very special Performance by 3 bands from mainland china. The SING FOR CHINA stage will feature the best indie rock bands out of China: Hedgehog, Casino Demon and Sea Big Shark!

 

As Geo Innovations powers our solar stage, Tucson’s own kid friendly Mr. Mocos, featured entertainer for Hoco Family Fest, performs his fun brand of music inspired by great childhood memories that parents can enjoy, too!
